Fair Question Uploader: Privacy Policy

Fair Question Uploader ("the Uploader") is a tool run by FairQuestions ("we", "us") to publish videos to our own YouTube channel, Fair Question (https://www.youtube.com/@FairQuestion). This page explains what the Uploader does with data.
YouTube API Services
The Uploader uses YouTube API Services. Google's Privacy Policy also applies: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy
Who uses it
Only the owner of the Fair Question channel signs in to the Uploader. It isn't offered to the public, and nobody else signs in to it.
What the Uploader can access
When the channel owner signs in with Google, the Uploader asks for permission to:
upload videos to the Fair Question channel
see and manage that channel's videos, thumbnails and playlists
see the channel's YouTube Analytics reports
What we store, and where
A sign-in token, so the Uploader can work for the channel without a new sign-in each time. It's kept privately in our own files and never shared.
Details of our own videos (such as titles and video IDs) and the channel's analytics figures, which we use to plan and check our videos. We delete or refresh this data within 30 days, as YouTube's developer policies require.
The analytics are the reports YouTube gives every channel owner, such as views and watch time. They show totals and never say who watched. The Uploader collects nothing else about viewers.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share any of this data. The Uploader shows no ads, and no third party serves content through it. It runs on our own computer as a desktop tool, so it sets no cookies and stores nothing on anyone else's device.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
The channel owner can remove the Uploader's access at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
If access is removed, we delete the data we stored through the Uploader within 30 days.
Deleting data
To ask us to delete stored data, email fair.question.youtube@gmail.com. We'll delete it within 7 days.
