This policy explains what the Doodle Legend publishing tool ("the tool") accesses, collects, stores and uses. Doodle Legend is the owner and developer of the tool.
1. Who uses this tool
The tool is private. It is used only by Doodle Legend, and only on Doodle Legend's own YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/@doodlelegendnerd. There is no sign up, there are no user accounts, and nobody else can authorise it against their own account.
If you are reading this as a viewer of the channel: the tool holds no information about you.
2. What the tool accesses through the YouTube API
The tool uses the YouTube Data API v3 with two permissions:

Through these permissions the tool accesses:
Video files and their details that Doodle Legend itself created: the video file, title, description, tags, thumbnail image, privacy setting and publish time.
A list of Doodle Legend's own uploads, including each video's title, ID, privacy setting and publish time.
The tool does not access comments, analytics, viewer identities, email addresses, subscriber lists, watch history, location data, payment information, or any data belonging to any channel other than Doodle Legend.
3. What is stored, where, and for how long
Everything the tool stores is kept on computers belonging to Doodle Legend's owner. Nothing is sent anywhere except to Google and YouTube.
An OAuth access and refresh token for the Doodle Legend YouTube channel, so the tool can publish without signing in each time. It is stored in a local file and is never shared or sent anywhere except to Google when refreshing access.
A record of each upload: the video ID, title, thumbnail file name, privacy setting and publish time.
Tokens are deleted when access is revoked.
4. How the information is used, processed and shared
The information above is used for one purpose: publishing Doodle Legend videos to the Doodle Legend channel.
It is not shared with anyone. It is not sold, rented, licensed, transferred, published or disclosed to any third party. It is not used for advertising, profiling, tracking or training any machine learning model.
5. Third party content and advertising
The tool does not serve advertising, and it does not allow any third party to serve content or advertisements through it.
6. Information collected from devices
The tool does not store, access or collect information on or from the devices of any viewer or member of the public. It runs only on computers belonging to Doodle Legend's owner and reads only files placed there on purpose.
7. Google and YouTube
The tool is an API Client of the YouTube Data API. By using it, Doodle Legend is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

8. Revoking access
Access granted to this tool can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
